Excellentl, succulent, complete.
Dead of Nightis a blend of Tannat (Madiran's tannic red variety) and Syrah, both from the South Okanagan.
It is a succulent delight of cocoa, espresso, smoked meats and white pepper supported by sweet plums and black forest berries. The palate is well-developed and complete; the balance spot-on and structure notable. The finish is lengthy with a bittersweet mocha lilt.
