Fragrant, engaging, juicy.
Always an excellent juxtaposition of modern and classic, this delicious version doles out a fragrant bouquet lilacs alongside star anise, vanilla, raspberry and red cherry. The palate is just as appealing; juicy with generous, high-toned fruit, it's tempting, silky and engaging.
Pair: Mushroom Wellington, roasted beet risotto or grilled salmon.

Cheese - Semi Hard / Medium , Seafood/Fish, White Meat Chicken/Pork
