Classic, fragrant, delicious.
A classic style offering crunchy green apples. lemon drops, and peach blossoms with honey and slate aromas. Fresh, with great concentration and precision; the sweetness is held in check by mouthwatering acidity. Balanced and delicious.
Pair: white meats, fresh veggie curries, Asian noodle dishes, hand-chipped fries dipped in chili aioli.

Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
