Succulent, tangy, stylish.
Continuing to impress, the JoieFarm Pinot Noirs stand tall, not just as a representation of BC, either. This vintage offers cherry and cranberry, star anise and spice rub and bacon fat, forest floor, tealeaf and succulent umami undertones. It has a chewiness on the palate entry, which becomes silkier mid-palate. It is lifted with tangy red fruit and simultaneously grounded with bacon, cocoa, and tobacco flavours. Well-woven, classic, stylish and also serious.
Pair: wild mushrooms, fresh salmon, duck, turkey and roasted fall vegetables such as pumpkin, sweet potato and roasted beets.
