Covert Farms is a 650-acre, four-generations, family-owned organic farm and winery estate located just north of Oliver.
This Bordeaux-style organic white blend (69.5% Sem, 30.5% Sauv Blanc) is a delightful example offering pretty aromas of tart citrus and sweet yellow fruits, honey, nettle, green pears and grassy undertones. It is fresh, has a kiss of sweetness, juicy demeanor and expressive fruit on the palate. The finish trails dulcet citrus flavours.
