Made from almost 40-year-old vines on the estate vineyard located in Osoyoos, Foch is a variety that used to be widely planted, but most of it has been replaced with noble varieties.
In this instance a meaty and spicy red with plummy and blackberry aromas is layered with peppery spices and charred carob. Dark cocoa, graphite, fine spice and toasted oak dominate the palate. Good balance here; a wine for sturdy dishes.
