Zesty, energetic, delightful.
Three Mile Creek vineyard is a 13-year-old vines situated on the South West slope of the Three Mile Creek. The soil is ancient Lake Penticton silt. This is the second vintage of this wine. 60% of the juice was fermented in 100% new French oak puncheons and then allowed to stay in the barrels for a further 4 months. The rest was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
This is still a zesty and energetic savvy front loads with guava and sweet snap peas, white peaches and honeysuckle with smoky notes. It is delightfully juicy and expressive; racy and concentrated with crunchy fruit and a vibrating finish of lime and grapefruit.
