It's easy to gush over this delicate bubbly and its fragrant nose of apricots in honey, white raisins, kumquats, lemon meringue and rose pastilles. A lively spritz on the palate carries a creamy elixir flavoured with exotic fruit and citrus, honey and anise. It is expectedly sweet but balanced with bright acidity and has a wonderful persistence.
A perfect dessert wine for fruit or apricot pastries, ginger spiked biscotti or a dried fruit and cheese plate.
