The flagship white wine for Clos du Soleil is a version of Bordeaux blanc, combining Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Semillon (20%).
It is chic and restrained; grassy and herbal notes make way for green crunchy fruits and tart zesty lemon with distinct mineral tones. It is focused and precise on the palate, possibly a little leaner than last vintage, and has a long and tangy finish.
