Always a wonderfully fragrant Pinot Gris, this vintage it offers pristine nectarine, apricot and guava, pomelo citrus and honeysuckle aromas. It has the concentration and creamy weight we’ve come to expect in this wine. It leads with honey, guava and zest of grapefruit flavours that are rounded out by a hint of gingerbread spice and a lively finish.
Pair with oily fish, white meats or creamy mushroom polenta.
