Fragrant, fizzy, charming.
If you've tried Lambrusco in the past and didn't care for it, I plead with you to give this one a shot.
Chill it (not too much) and serve; it's fun but not flippant.
Inky purple/indigo in hue, it has grape-y aromas woven with Bing cherries, roses and vanilla. Dry and juicy, concentrated and charming, with a fizzy demeanor and long fresh finish.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.
