Stylish, ethereal, energetic.
Impressively elegant, as expected, from winemaker and GM David Paterson, who prefers to let his site and sustainable vineyard speak through the wine.
I reviewed this for TASTE Magazine's fall 2019 issue.
Sweet and savoury with botanical, cherries, red berry and forest floor aromas layered with fine spice and woodsy aromas. It is fresh and succulent with juicy fruit, fine cocoa, spice and leather. A stylish wine with good complexity and length.
Overall, great Pinosity with an overarching ethereal quality.
