Fresh, affluent, ripe.

Harry McWatters' Chardonnay HMC Chardonnay is made in his new downtown Penticton-based TIME Winery.
Expect affluent aromas of pineapples, golden apples, buttery caramels and sweet spices. Similarly endowed on the palate, it also boasts a lovely freshness and citrus flavours are layered with spice and toasted nuts.
Pair: saffron mussels in cream and Chardonnay broth, grilled Dungeness crab and brie brioche, roast chicken, corn chowder and creamy pastas.

Good First Impressions, Cellar Keepers, Seafood/Fish, White Meat Chicken/Pork, Creamy Dishes
