Unique, gingerbread, spiced.
This Brut is made entirely from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier aged a minimum of three years to add complexity. The Leonie selections are considered Champagnes for connoisseurs. Notes of spiced gingerbread and burnt honey, sweet red berries, roasted chestnuts, toast and charred meringue lead to a dry palate with spice, meringue, toasted nuts and charred lemon peel flavours. Very unique.
