Pretty, finesse, elegant
Osoyoos-based Moon Curser makes a wide range of wines, many from varieties rare to Canada and their Syrah is consistently expressive.
The 2022 releases aromas of plum, blackberry and black pepper along with licorice, vanilla, tobacco, violet and wild herbs. The palate is as pretty as the nose; purple fruits and floral notes along with coffee and peppery flavours. Nice balance and finesse.
Pair: grilled or roasted meats aged goat cheeses or rich winter stews.
