Spritzy, straightforward, lively.
A buy-by-the-case mainstay (on LTO until July 3, 2021) with a slight prickle of bubbles, this value white smells of burnt honey, peach stone, lime, pomelo, wet stone, starfruit and gooseberry.The palate mimics the nose, it has a faint spritz and citrus peel flavours across the finish.
It's a simple white, but the ease of quaffing and low alcohol make it a perfect afternoon sipper.
Pair:Salads, vinaigrette, delicate fish, soft cheeses.
