Purity, zesty, juicy
Located on the Black Sage gravel bar in Oliver, BC, Bartier Bros. make honest, classic wines of quality.
This bone dry Sauvignon Blanc has bold grassy, green apple and lime aromas woven with citrus blossoms, wet stone and wild herbs. The palate is juicy and herbal leaning with lime and grapefruit flavours. It has restraint and purity and the finish is zesty.

Cheese - Goat, Seafood/Shellfish, Patio Sippers, French Food, Creamy Dishes
