Slick, expressive, pristine. Viognier, a heavenly scented variety with an opulent character shows some of its best under Township 7's winemaker Mary McDermott's guidance.
Notes of honeysuckle and ginger are layered with lime, peach, mango and wet stone. It has notable purity with a slick texture and a kiss of sweetness. Excellent balance and fruit expression. The finish is long and trails citrus and spice flavours. Wonderful.
Pairs great with hickory smoked kettle chips, oily fish and Moroccan cuisine.
Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
