A seamless blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier from the 1522 established Champagne house Philipponnat, this dreamy pale salmon fizz releases warm buttery brioche and charred orange peel aromas alongside currents, cranberry and succulent earthy undertones. The palate mimics the nose with sweet and tangy berry fruit flavours melded with notes of Cointreau and peach. It has a lovely fine mousse and is truly harmonious and complete.
