The Clos Hauserer is a 1.2hec vineyard planted solely to Riesling, it produces Margaret Humbrecht's favourite wines, so Olivier ensures it's quality year-after-year.
Golden yellow, it doles out earthy notes of beeswax and wet stones, preserved lemons and scalded wild honey with undertones of peach stone and bread dough. It is creamy and yet taut, thought-provoking and complete with power and elegance. Almost endless on the palate it trails, lemon custard and wet stone flavours.
