Racy, complex, refined.
Fort Berens Estate Winery is located in Lillooet in the Fraser Canyon. This traditional method sparkling made from estate-grown Chardonnay grapes was aged sur lie in bottle for 24 months before disgorging.
It shows nice refinement and delivers aromas of bread dough, acacia and yellow apples. It has a a fine bead and notable complexity with bold lemon and mineral flavours. Racy, but with a delicately creamy edge.
