Structure, spiced, dry.
Hester Creek is one of BC's most established estates, is home to some of the province's oldest wines, and is located on the Golden Mile sub-GI in Oliver.
This Cabernet~Merlot blend delivers black currants and pipe tobacco, vanilla, saddle leather and mocha with undertones of sweet smoked spices. Expect a medium-bodied wine with good backbone and plenty of espresso, spice and leather flavours. There's some textural tannins on the finish.
