Pretty, fresh, lovely.
Made from 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet this new (arriving fall 2023) BC offering has no oak ageing, to maintain freshness.
Expect pretty notes of chocolate and blackcurrants, raspberry and violets, leather and baking spice lead to a fresh and supple palate. The flavours mimic the aromas. It's medium+ bodied with a lovely weight and nice bit of complexity. Approachable but not simple.
