WineDiva's Review

Pretty, fresh, textural.
The estate Cabernet de Corte is a blend of 80% Cabernet Franc with Tannat, Merlot, and Marselan and it was fermented and aged in stainless steel. The nose is pretty; think cocoa, mint, pencil shavings, violets and chocolate atop wild berries. The palate shows texture, its earthy with spice, coffee, black and red forest berries and it has a distinctly salty finish.
