Trevari is a family owned sparkling wine house located in the Yakima Valley in Washington State, it was established in 2010 and focuses almost entirely on single varietal bubbly.
This non-vintage 100% Chardonnay was aged en tirage for 24 months and has zero dosage, meaning it is completely dry.
Expect Meyer lemons and cantaloupe, honeysuckle, apple turnover, star fruit and wet stones aromas. It has a classic dry, leesy palate with floral, honey and yellow apple flavours. It's a stylish bubbly with good bones, a fine bead and zesty, nutty finish--a fine example of a blanc de blancs at a great price.
