New. lively, fleshy.
New to me, this Pere Ventura Chic is a blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Parellada from around the low Penedes region of Catalonia.
Expect classic notes of orchard fruits and lime, preserved melon and bread dough along with chamomile tea. It has a nice mousse and the Xarel-lo really stand outs to me thanks to it's liveliness; it has a creamy edge, nice roundness with fleshy fruit and a precise persistent finish.
