Fresh, dry, citrusy.
Stoneboat makes generally estate wines from its home vineyard on the Black Sage gravel bar in Oliver, however this one is made from Pinot Gris, Seigerrebe and Gamay from the Fraser Valley. Constructed like a Prosecco, in the charmat (aka cuvee close) method (all fermentation happens in tank) this mousse-y crown-capped salmon-hued bubbly delivers notes of peach skin, berries, orange blossoms and wet stone. It has dynamic bubbles and a citrusy character underscored by a creamy edge. Dry and fresh.
