Savoury, charry, spicy
This savoury Washington State red is 92% Merlot with small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.It has aromas of charred plums and cedar, black chocolate and coffee, licorice root, toasted brown spices and leather. Echoing the nose, the palate is savoury, spicy, meaty with black chocolate and espresso. It has more astringency than its siblings the Red Blend and Cabernet Sauvignon.
