Joyous, complex, mouthwatering.
Bartier Bros'. sparkling first ever sparkling traditional method brut is made entirely from Chardonnay from Penticton and Peachland vineyards. It spent 4 months in stainless steel followed by 12 months in bottle on lees, en tirage. Notes of green apples and pomelo, wet stone and peach atop leesy aromas. It is dry and racy with a nice little pop of stone fruit flavours layered with lemon and green apples. It's a joyous bubbly with lovely complexity and elegance for the price.
