Delightful, fragrant, fresh.
Marques de la Concordia has been making wine in Spain for over 150 years. This 100% Tempranillo, described as a modern Rioja, was aged six months in new American oak followed by six more months in bottle. It is a fragrant wine brimming with strawberry jam and cherries, vanilla, licorice, leather, iodine and cedar aromas. It has a fresh bright palate with high-toned red fruit and spice flavours. Juicy and delightful.
Pair with game, lamb, aged cheeses and rich tomato-based sauces.
