Classic, slick, zesty.
A classic Pinot Grigio, the Tommasi delivers restrained aromas of lemon oil and beeswax, pear butter, wet stone, green almond and a hint of walnut shell. In the mouth it is dry with tart lemon and crunchy star fruit flavours layered with green papaya. Slick in texture it has a brazen zesty finish.
A wine for fish, spaghetti tossed in EVOO, appetizers, soft-medium cheeses and white meats.
