Concentrated, lemony, spiced.
Located on the upper Golden Mile Bench, Culmina was established by the Triggs family (of Jackson-Triggs fame) in 2007 and was sold in 2019 to Arterra Wines Canada.
Dilemma was harvested from the estate's Margaret Bench it saw 9 months of sur lie aging in a combination of new and used French oak barrels, and stainless steel cask.
It has a golden hue and notes of toasted spice and vanilla, browned butter, grilled pineapples, lemon meringue and coriander. Amazing intensity, you can expect rich golden fruits, baking spice and creamy lemon flavours. Slick with nice fatness on the tongue.
