Fresh, dulcet, supple.
Since 1929 Vignerons de Bel Air have been producing Gamay wines from Beaujolais.
This Julienas suggests wild red berries and leather, violets, and sweet earthy undertones. It has a supple entry, is juicy and medium-bodied. Classically styled it has an earthy dulcet character to echo the nose.
Pair:Coq au vin, pastas in cream, strong soft cheeses, salmon or white meats.
