Lovely, classic, juicy. While there's a wide range of wines are made at West Kelowna's Quails' Gate winery, but Pinot Noir is definitely a flagship variety for them.
In the 2020 you can expect cedar and patchouli, anise, sunwarmed raspberry, leather and pipe tobacco aromas. The palate is fresh and silky with hints of forest floor and spice, leather and red berries. Savoury and classic--lovely.
Pair: salmon, duck, mushroom wellington, truffle risotto, roasted beets.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper
