Fresh, smooth, savoury.
Made from Cab Franc grapes grown on the Fort Berens estate in the sub-GI of Lillooet, this 2022 Cabernet Franc offers wild berries and green olives, tomato leaf, anise, chicory and brown spice aromas. In the mouth, red fruit dominates and is underscored by more chicory along with saddle leather, toasted spice, tobacco leaf and black chocolate. Savoury and fresh.
