The majority of the grapes for this wine came from 19954 planted Pinot Gris from Okanagan Falls and a smaller component cam from the black Sage Bench in Oliver.
Asian pear aromas are woven with apple cider, honey and lime. It's got a kiss of sweetness and flavours of snappy citrus layered with green fruits and wet stone. The finish has a distinct lime character and is mouthwatering.
