WineDiva's Review

Refreshing, pristine, bouncy.
Located in Summerland, Lunessence (where Luna=Moon + Essence) is a biodynamic estate. There are no pesticides or herbicides used in their vineyards with a focus on natural wines; they ideally use only native yeast, no, or minimal fining (only bentonite and time), and very light or no filtration at all.
The palest salmon-pink and wonderfully perfumed with sweet peaches and tangerine, violets, honeysuckle and cedar chips. The palate is off-dry and bouncy, charming and pristine.
