Limited, lengthy, savoury.
This limited edition Merlot (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon cuvee spent 20 months in French oak (30%) new and weighs in at 14.5% alcohol.
This is the estate's most premium wine and it's showing some of its age. Prune and balsamic, spice and muddled cherries, vegemite, warm carob and red pepper jelly aromas lead to a savoury palate. Generous black and purple fruit linger with spice and earth across a lengthy finish.
