Made from some of the oldest Cabernet Franc vines in BC, this Golden Mile Bench Cab Franc suggests grapey notes woven with purple berries, vanilla, violets and baking spices. The palate is an echo of the nose; fragrant floral flavours are layered with vanillin oak, baking spice and purple berries. It is woven and balanced with a certain modern elegance.
Suggested pairings: Game meats, lamb, roast duck or hearty stews and pastas.
