Savoury, fresh, smooth. South Okanagan's Moon Curser specializes in a broad range of varieties, some rarely seen in Canada. Malbec isn't a common grape in the Okanagan, but it's found some roots here. Expect notes of bacon fat and black raspberry, wild sage and chocolate, leather and vanilla. The palate entry is smooth and delivers wild berry, dark chocolate, espresso and toasted spice flavours. Nice freshness here.
Pair: roasted or grilled meats, hard cheeses, spaghetti Bolognese or hearty mushroom and herb risotto.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper
