Honeyed, plush, concentrated.

From the DO Rosal, this blend of Albarino, Loureiro and Treixadura and is aged and fermented in stainless. Green peppercorns, grilled lemons, stone fruits, beeswax, wet straw, wildflowers are layered with stony notes. Plush, powerful and concentrated it has a honeyed character with oodles of peaches lashed with lemon, smoked ginger, tamarind and more of that flint/stony mineral twang on the finish.
