Approachable, spicy, fruity.
Evolve is now part of Five Vines Cellars along with Time Winery and McWatters Collection, all are made and distributed out of the Time Winery & Kitchen in Penticton.
Evolve wine are meant to be fun and affordable, overall they are modern approachable and on the fruitier side.
Momento is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah that was aged in French and American oak for 14 months.
Sweet plum and cherry notes are muddled with vanilla, coconut, carob and baking spice aromas. It's a medium-bodied red with plenty of cola spice and fruit flavours underscored with a hint of toast and bacon fat.
