Woven, fresh, supple.
Septima means seven which is a nod to the fact that Septima is Groupo Codorniu~Raventos' (of Spain) seventh winery.
Located in the golden region of Luyan de Cuyon in Agrelo, Septima rests at 1050 MASL. Aged six months in predominantly stainless steel; only a small percentage is aged in oak.
It's a tasty Malbec with notes of black cherries and blackberries, chocolate, violets, savoury spice and sausage with a sprinkle of wild herbs. Notable freshness here, it features sweet wild berries and baking spice flavours. Nicely woven and balanced.
