Fresh, smooth, spiced.
The 2019 Cabernet Franc was grown entirely on T7's estate vineyard in Osoyoos (Raju Vineyard) and aged in French and American oak (20% new) for 24 months before bottling.
Cherry, red currant and roasted red bell pepper aromas mingle with licorice root and balsamic, wild sage and green olives. It's a smooth medium+ bodied wine with toasted oak, tobacco, black chocolate leather and toasted spice flavours. Quite brooding but with notable acidity.
Pair: Grilled eggplant ratatouille, grilled sausages, meat based pastas or creamy blue cheese.
