Creamy, bright, classic.
A sparkling blend of Chardonnay and Gamay, this bubbly Bourgogne delivers notes of yellow apples and preserved lemons, toasted baguette and roasted nuts, golden melon and mineral with leesy undertones. It's dry and creamy with the same yellow fruit, citrus and nutty flavours suggested on the nose. Good concentration overall and bright acidity.

Seafood/Fish, White Meat Chicken/Pork, Cheese - Soft/Creamy, French Food
