Singular, slick, savoury.
Another memorable Pinot Blanc from Heidi Noble, this vintage offers waxy notes along with white and yellow crunchy fruits, along with wild honey. The palate mimics the nose with beeswax, forest floor and savoury and salty flavours. Singular and slick.
Pair with spicy dishes, pork, fresh summery Asian dishes or strong cheeses.
