WineDiva's Review

Outstanding, juicy, pretty.
This outstanding Riesling was harvested from the organically farmed (ecocert certified) Garnet Valley ranch Vineyard, planted in 2015. It was whole bunch pressed to stainless steel and went through a native yeast fermentation. It was aged for six months further in stainless steel.
Lovely precision and focus; lime and grapefruit, apricots and crunchy green apple aromas are rounded out with chamomile tea. It is juicy, has a silky texture and excellent persistence. The balance on this pretty wine is notable.
