Bles is the name of an indigenous plant encouraged to grow between the rows of vines near the Mediterranean Sea in Valencia. An organic blend of Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc suggesting gooseberries and beeswax, nettle, yellow apples, cornflowers, musk and wet gravel aromas. It's a zesty wine--all citrus and yellow fruits, with an oily texture and fresh but simple finish.
