Intense, approachable, inky.
Under the umbrella of the Wagner Family of Wines, Bonanza is made in the same style Chuck Wagner prefers, bold and rich with plenty of fruit, like his Caymus wines.
It's a robust version, inky and opaque with notes of chocolate and cassis, vanilla and baking cocoa with dried flowers, pipe tobacco and salted prunes. Smooth on the palate with powdery cocoa tannins and an almost brooding demeanor. Very easy to drink approachable and tasty with a long spicy finish.
