Fragrant, potent, juicy. A wonderfully fragrant version, Stag's Hollow Gris comes from their Skaha Bench Parsons Vineyard reminiscent of the rich off-dry version of Alsace. Asian pear and spring flower aromas are melded with starfruit and grapefruit and fresh mountain stream. It's an intensely flavoured white, juicy and off-dry with a slick texture. Lengthy and pristine, it's a fantastic wine.
